AN ENNISKILLEN woman is facing charges of assaulting a police officer and drink driving.
Nichola Gallagher (43) of The Limes, Enniskillen, appeared at Enniskillen Magistrate's Court on Monday, April 29.
Gallagher is accused of drink driving in the vicinity of Ashwoods Road, Enniskillen, on April 9 of this year.
She is also accused of assaulting a male police constable on the same date.
At the short hearing on Monday, Gallagher was represented by Barrister, Steffan Rafferty.
In court, a Police Constable, who was familiar with the case, connected Gallagher to the charges before her.
District Judge, Alana McSorley, ordered that the case be adjourned until May 20, to be heard again at Enniskillen Magistrate's Court.
