Gary Beacom from the Lakeview Flock, near Fivemiletown, sold this Suffolk shearling ewe in lamb at his annual production sale at Balmoral for 7,800gns for what is believed to be a new record price for a Suffolk female for Northern Ireland and the highest price sold in the UK and Ireland this year.
18 animals from the sale were exported to Belgium and numerous others to the mainland.
The highest-priced Suffolk was sold to Iain Barbour from Scotland.
