A new Pedigree Multi Breed Calf Fair is to be staged at Balmoral in Belfast in November.
The inaugural event on Saturday, November 14 will have 10 breeds represented with dozens of trade stands expected.
There will be two judging rings in operation, including one for a young handlers competition.
The National Beef Association is involved with promoting the event along with the Livestock and Meat Commission.
