The Danske Bank Artisan Foodhall will have more food companies present this year than ever before.

Thirty-two trade stands have booked out this special marquee with continued sponsorship from Danske Bank.

This year’s Food Hall will have foods from rapeseed oil for cooking to speciality cheesemakers, from bakeries to jams and preserves, eggs to wheatgrass juice and from chocolates to speciality drinks and beverages.

There will be garlic butter and gluten free traybakes.

The Danske Bank Food Hall which will be officially opened at 6.30pm on the Tuesday evening will be busy throughout both days with cookery demonstrations.

On Tuesday, Lakeland will be demonstrating at 3pm with City Cheese demonstrating at 4pm, Paula McIntyre presenting cookery demonstration at 5.15pm and 8pm, Joe Kelly of The Kitchen Cafe hosting a demonstration at 6pm and Lough Erne Cakes demonstrating at 9.15pm.

On Wednesday, cookery demonstrations will be given at the following times; 11am(City Cheese), 12.15pm(Paula McIntyre), 1.30pm(Lough Erne Cakes) and a further demonstration at 2.45pm.

A spokesperson for the Show said they have been actively seeking food businesses with specialist products as well as attracting high quality local products. The Food Hall is sponsored by Danske Bank, while O’Doherty Fine Meats is sponsoring the cookery demonstrations by a number of chefs including Paula McIntyre.
