Stephen Browne proved to be the match winner for Beragh Swifts as they set up an Impartial Reporter Mulhern Cup final meeting with Enniskillen Town United following a 2-0 win over Lisbellaw United at Ferney Park tonight Browne bagged both the second half goals that saw Beragh progress.

Beragh had enjoyed the better of things in the first half but there was very little in the way of clear-cut chances at either end.

Andy McFarland fired a snap shot from the corner of the box over the bar while at the other end Lisbellaw's Raymie Carroll got on the end of a Davy Little cross but hooked the ball wide.

The best opportunity of the half though fell to Beragh as the half drew to a close but Robbie McGrew headed over from six yards.

The opener though was to arrive in the 65th minute. Michael Brown's cross from the right was met by Stephen Browne rifled past Willie McFrederick in the Lisbellaw goal.

And Beragh were to double their advantage six minutes later as Michael Brown was taken down by Stuart Cochrane in the box and Stephen Browne stroke home the spot kick to make it 2-0.

Ryan Weir had a wonderful chance to make it three but he fired over the bar from close range while moments later Lisbellaw's Darren Rodgers was denied by the Swifts goalkeeper.

It was Beragh though who were to book their place in the decider as they finished up 2-0 winners.
