Fermanagh Juniors suffered a second defeat as they lost out 3-1 to neighbours Tyrone at Limavady today.

Ryan Beacom's side lost both their central midfielders, Ronan Beattie and Jake Irvine, in the warm up and have a number of further injury concerns for the remainder of the week with Junior champions Everton next up tomorrow.

Fermanagh fell behind early on. A harshly awarded free kick for a handball came back off the bar and was turned in by Parkhouse for 1-0.

However, Fermanagh responded well to this and enjoyed the better of things as they went on to equalise, Ronan Beattie, who had come on for the injured Ronan Quinn, heading home a Niall Owens corner.

And Fermanagh bossed maters early in the second half but against the run of play Tyrone regained the lead through Carolan and with Fermanagh throwing caution to the wind late on, Tyrone hit them on the break to leave it 3-1 at the finish.
