A 33-year-old man accused of sexually molesting three young children in the swimming pool of the Lakeland Forum in Enniskillen was granted bail when he appeared at Strabane Magistrate’s Court earlier today (Thursday).
Cristian Diaz, of East Bridge Street, Enniskillen, is charged with sexually assaulting three girls under the age of 13.
The offences were allegedly committed on February 24, March 10, and March 12, 2015.
Diaz is further charged that between October 1, 2014, and March 15, 2015, he stole a pair of girl’s pink pants and a girl’s multi-coloured swim suit to the value of £25.
He was granted bail of £750, with a surety of £5,000, on condition that he does not attempt to see, speak to, or in any other way contact any injured party in the case, either directly or indirectly.
Diaz is also banned from entering the Lakeland Forum leisure centre in Enniskillen or any swimming pool.
He is not to have any contact with a child under that age of 18, to apply for a duplicate passport or identification documents, and must report to Enniskillen Police Station three times a week.
The case was adjourned to Fermanagh Court on May 11.
