Firefighters are attending the scene of a fire at Rutledge Recruitment and Training in Darling Street, Enniskillen.
Staff members have been evacuated from the building and earlier smoke could be seen billowing from an upstairs window.
Speaking to impartialreporter.com at the scene, one source said the small fire started on the first floor.
Two appliances have been tasked to the incident and the street has been closed.
It is not thought that anybody has been injured.
