Omagh Hospitals 1 Lisbellaw United 5

Lisbellaw United set up a Mulhern Cup semi-final clash with Enniskillen Rangers as they eased past second division Omagh Hospitals.
The division one title challengers fell behind in the opening minutes, but responded in style with five different players finding the net to secure a spot in the last four.
The victory sets up a match against Enniskillen Rangers.
Rangers got the better of Lisbellaw last week in their league match but Lisbellaw manager Andy Reilly is confident the result will be different in the cup tie.
“It’s always nice to get to a semi-final, we’ve lost quite a few in my time in this competition and we’ll be looking to put that unwanted record right,” he said.
“Rangers are a very good team, we played them recently but didn’t do ourselves justice that day so we’d be looking a big improvement on that showing.
"We must however put that on the back burner as we’ve three big games in six days now which will really test our squad but after that we’ll know where we stand in terms of the league.”
With Omagh Hospitals sitting in mid table in division two Lisbellaw were expected by many to dominate proceedings, but it was the home team that made a fast start and took an early lead.
A throw in from Lisbellaw’s Ryan Nelson forced goalkeeper William McFrederick into a rushed clearance, and his kick was blocked and ricocheted past the keeper and into the net.
It proved to only be a temporary setback for Lisbellaw however as the away sid went on and levelled the scores when Davy Little’s free-kick was headed back into the danger area and Alan Veitch was on hand to force the ball home.
Hospitals were working hard to deny their opponents goal scoring opportunities as they reached half time all square.
The visitors started the second half with a lot more purpose and the introduction of Tiarnan Magee for Veitch sparked last year’s beaten semi-finalists into life.
They took the lead when O’Keefe headed in Little’s corner, and O’Keefe was involved moments later in Lisbellaw’s third.
He exchanged passes with Andrew Copeland down the left before squaring the ball for Magee to tap into an open net.
Any hopes of a Hospital’s fightback were extinguished when Paul McGrath added a fourth, controlling a pass from Little and firing past the keeper. Lee Glass completed the victory netting a fifth from O’Keefe’s pass as Lisbellaw strolled into the semis.
