Enniskillen Running Club’s Conan McCaughey, running for Stirling University, claimed the Scottish Universities 5,000m title on Saturday in Grangemouth Stadium, Edinburgh.
Conan is now selected to represent the Scottish Universities team in the Celtic Internationals to be held the end of May in Scotland. Another local athlete Mark Hoy of UUJ has been picked to compete for the Irish university team.
